A team of customer experience experts for a collection of cruise-lines had many custom tasks to manually take care of on the daily, whether on shore or at sea. With the many voyages and tasks came the responsibility of curating reports for each type of
duty and trip.
Another fun quest of learning more about a field with little existing knowledge, to better meet the needs of the users and provide them with a tool for which they can successfully complete their varying user-goals.
